I most strongly oppose this ill-conceived and politically motivated regulation, and any others of similar nature.  Such regulations inappropriately restrict the Constitutional Rights of law abiding citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States of America.  I believe the Founding Fathers--many of them Virginians, of course--would be justifiably dismayed at the assumption of dictatorial powers by the chief executive of Virginia.
