I strongly oppose this regulation

No Virginian who is legally allowed to be armed should be restricted in this manner. The second amendment states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed! Requiring me, a concealed carry permit holder, to secure my firearm prior to entering any state office e or building means that my right have been infringed!  And worse, not by an act of law but a regulation.  Have there been a number of criminal shootings in state offices that have not been reported? What problem is this regulation attempting to solve? If inacted I will join with others to challenge this in court.
