The APP is the biggest issue. It doesn’t work most of the time. How is it ok that DMAS is saying as of 4/1/20, they have given enough time to have everyone use the app and if there are too many issues your services will be subject to a review????
No attendant wants to work for little pay and to be tracked. EVV is killing consumer directed care.
