The third Person Centered Principle Stated by DBHDS is "Self Direction: Personal Choice and Control are supported".

If Personal Choice is supported, why is DBHDS not supporting individuals stating they do not want EVV theirs homes or property over and over?  If personal Control is supported, why is DBHDS not supporting individuals that have continually asked to remove EVV?  Exempting live-ins is supporting personal choice and control for individuals especially since it is not required by CMS.  Where is DBHDS on the support in exempting live ins?
