1. Devices to run the app should be provided. You have to jump through all ten bazillion hoops correctly to even get one. Then the free Medicaid phones are a joke. The battery dies before the end of every shift which is a problem when you're out and about with the consumer. Also, the fee phones run so slowly that it takes extra minutes to make every single time entry.
2. Geo tracking and geo fencing is definitely NOT ok. Right now, time entries while on travel with a consumer can not be done.
3. "Red flags" presume guilt/fraud. This is not constitutional.
