The new system only complicates an already difficult situation for individuals receiving services as well as their family/caregivers. It is extremely difficult to get and keep good attendants and respite and the changes are proving to add to the difficulty. This interferes with privacy and turns away more perspective employees. I truly believe it is only harming those who need and use services appropriately.
