Difficulty getting answers and guidance

This whole process has been a total and utter nightmare. Getting answers and guidance from DMAS as well as any of the MCO's has been slow and difficult regarding different scenarios. If they're are not prepared, how are we supposed to be? How are providers supposed to transition and successfully implement without appropriate guidance and answers? It seems we are being set up for failure and this is certainly not a good thing for small agencies. DMAS could at least file for an extension because everyone is trying. Location doesn't always work and we have patients in extremely rural areas. Please understand this.
