So frustrating to write DMAS about problems/frustrations with the app and EVV in general for a live in companion only to get a canned response quoting the 2016 Cures act every time.  I can't be compliant with the CURES act if you don't give me an app that works and has features that make sense for the user.  Better yet, give me the PORTAL.  It has been tried, tested, approved, and works.
