My facilitator sent me a text letting me know the EVV app was down yet again. This is almost a daily occurrence. Apparently they are well aware and we are suppose to keep a paper record and then manually enter the time when the app is working again. Yet the threaten us with being flagged and loosing attendant care, which results in a loss of waiver, which results in a loss of Medicaid. All so a EVV lobbyist was successful in getting a senator/congressmen to buy their product and profit off the disabled. Again, lowest fraud level consumer directed care. High fraud level, public schools, nursing homes, group homes.
