DMAS this is extremely stressful.   EVV apps don't work.  Funny how candy crush; my car's gps; the portal never did this.  I mean the EVV tech companies didn't even bother to sell a quality product as they profit from the disabled for no reason other then to make money.  There was less then 2% fraud (something like 1.3% according to the California study.)  Please stop the mess. It is harming the disabled.
