I have two children in care.  We have to miss when they are sick and sometimes that means we run out of the allowed number of absences and end up having to pay for care.  Our family cannot afford to pay for a sitter or for me to miss work and pay for a child care absence.  DSS should pay for our enrollment.  We only miss because we have to!
