Criminals don't obey laws, law abiding citizens have a right to self defense - I OPPOSE this.

This regulation will do nothing but further restrict the rights and protections available to law abiding citizens. When has a "ban", a regulation or a law stopped a criminal intent on committing a crime? It doesn't. Stop targetting people who have a right to carry a firearm LEGALLY and in accordance with the law. Such gun owners are not the problem - because they are not out there violating the laws. Focus on criminals, instead of law abiding citizens.

I strongly OPPOSE this regulation and submit that it is an over-reach by the executive branch of the state, as the executive has no authority to restrict the rights of the citizenry without INDIVIDUAL due process - which this regulation does not allow for.
