I oppose this regulation

The proposed regulation is an affront to the Virginia Constitution and common sense.  It would place citizens at risk by creating another set of "gun-free" zones which have been an open invitation to mass murderers.  This action would put a target on the back of every employee of these agencies and every person who visits or conducts business in state agency facilities.  It is well known that almost every multiple murder attack for several decades has occurred in such "gun-free" zones.  The proposed regulation is an overreaching effort to deny the God-given right of each citizen to protect himself from the predations of lawless individuals.
