I stand in opposition to any regulation that limits my 2nd Amendment Constitutional right to carry in the State of Virginia.  This proposed regulation will not stop criminal behavior with a firearm, but instead makes it difficult for law abiding citizens the right to lawfully carry a firearm responsibly to protect and defend themeselves.
