I oppose the regulation

It is offensive and disgraceful that the governor of Virginia, the home of James Madison, who authored of the Bill of Rights, would infringe upon a constitutionally recognized right of the citizenry. His actions in this matter are an affront to any human who values freedom.

This regulation does not promote public safety. Rather, it tends to endanger the public. Law abiding citizens do not pose a threat to the public. Licensed concealed carriers have been subjected to a thorough background investigation by the police prior to being given a permit. By definition, they are responsible, law abiding citizens.
