What problem/issue does this regulation address? It is my firm belief that "gun free zones" invite problems, rather than prevent them. To my knowledge most if not all of the mass shootings have taken place in gun restricted areas. Furthermore the Governor does not have the direct authority from the general assembly to enact such restrictions. Again, I strongly oppose this regulation.
