I oppose this regulation. It seems the Governor is trying to apply a solution for a nonexistent problem. A bill passed the 2016 General Assembly clearly stated the Govenor exceeded his authority and his veto is the only reason for this hearing by trying to ignore the wishes of law abiding citizens.
