The recent McAuliffe Executive Order implementing an "emergency" gun ban in Government buildings (executive branch) in Virginia is an unconstitutional move not just because it restricts citizens' rights to self defense, it also has not been voted upon in the legislature. SInce no state agents in state agency buildings or people in their buildings have ever been shot, it's puzzling how the action could be a emergency.
