It is quite clear at this point that  this proposed regulatory action is just another step to deny 2nd Amendment rights.  The lawless don't care about your regulations.  Just ask any law abiding citizen in Chicago.  Why is the Governor trying to impose this regulation without a public hearing?  Does he follow the "I have a pen and  phone" mentality?  I left Washington DC to get away with this kind of nonsense.  What has happened to Virginia?  Perhaps ties to previous administrations have clouded common sense thinking here in the Commonwealth. I personally can't wait for the next election.
