It's inapproriate for the Government to infringe on Constitutional Rights.  The Citizens have as much of a Right to protect themselves as the Governor.  We however aren't provided a Armed Security detail.  If the Citizens can't be armed then suspend the Governors armed guards.  Think of the tax money that can be saved, for the Children.
