There does not seem to be a lot of fact involved in these decisions.  People with CC permits have been well vetted and are law abiding citizens.  So why this?  Why eliminate reciprocity with other states?  All part of a poorly thought through change to public policy and you should not go forward without public hearings throughout the state.
