Mr.Govenor and Attorney General, this is a very bad idea. The very thought that you have introduced this regulation is appalling and is a direct violation of our Second Amendment rights. I cannot believe that my Governor and AG would do this as a political favor. You both are a disgrace to the state of Virginia and I will work with all my fellow Virginians to stop this travesty for happening.
