Governor,

Maybe you have not read the Virginia Constitution  (Article 1, Section 13) or the Untied States Constitution. You and your staff need to have someone explain to you what the Second Amendment means and what Jefferson meant in the Virginia Constitution. What you are advocating is unconstitutional and dangerous given the current climate in this Country. This Executive Order stuff is way out of line.
