Living in the border city of Bristol, I often cross the state line into VA for varius reasons. I would estimate that in the past several years I have spent an aveage of fifty dolllars a week on resturant meals alone. My wife also does most of our grocery shopping in VA.  We are honest law abiding citizens, jast as are the overwhelming majority of other TN citizens who have a handgun carry permit.  Come Feb. 1, 2016 the VA Govenor and AG can assure themselves that my family will no longer spend any of our income in the Commonwealth.
