So I Guess $2 Million is the Going Price for a Governor These Days

Washington Post just reported that gun violence has declined by nearly half over the past 20 years (even though gun ownership has doubled), EXCEPT in "Gun Free Zones" where gun violence has INCREASED. So what do you do Mr. Governor? You make state buildings gun free zones, INCREASING the likelihood that they will be targeted, not make them safer.

Terrorists and criminals want nothing less than to face others who are armed. By banning CHP holders from carrying in state buildings, you single handedly not only put up a BIG NEON SIGN for terrorists to come on in and shoot the place up, but also stripped citizens of their second amendment right to bear arms and protect their own life, without due process.

You are either ignorant of the facts (which I don’t believe is the case), or worse yet you know the facts but choose to ignore them for political gain, putting the lives of thousands of Virginians in jeopardy. I guess a couple million dollars is what it costs to buy a Governor these days. If you were really concerned for the safety of state employees and citizens you would remove the CHP ban in state buildings.
