If law abiding citizens with legally obtained concealed weapons permits should be able to take them anywhere in the Commonwealth of Virginia. There should also be an extenstion of 30 days for comments on this issue. Why is there an "emergency" here???? Is it so that only a few Virginians have time to comment as attentions are one the Christmas holiday and not on attacks to our gun rights?  Why would a Governor of the people not bring this issue to the light of day
