Unconstitutional Violation of Our God-Given Rights and Responsibilities

Law-abiding citizens have the God-given right and responsibility to protect themselves and others from criminals. The protection is a godly/biblical/Christian thing to do. Our US and Virginia constitutions give us the right to keep and bear (i.e. carry) arms. Virginia law provides where concealed handgun permits holders may carry defensive type handguns. Research has consistently proven that citizens that have obtained concealed handgun permits are the most law-abiding citizens this country has as a group. They certainly have not been any kind of a public safety problem in our state office buildings.

No politician, acting as a tyrant, has the right to illegally violate our God-given, US, and Virginia rights and responsibilities. Apparently 1VAC30-105 is illegal because there is obviously absolutely no emergency whatsoever to convert our apparently safe state office buildings into potential human slaughter houses (i.e. standing open houses to criminals of all kinds to include terrorists). This regulation should be terminated immediately.

Request the comment period for this proposed "Emergency Regulation" to be extended for a minimum of 30 days. I believe all concealed handgun permit holders should be notified somehow of this proposed life-threatening dictatorial regulation and be given instructions how and adequate time to respond since it affects them directly. Additionally, apparently the Governor needs disapproving comments from at least 400,000 law-abiding citizens.
