Why is the state not keeping firearms out of the hands of felons and the mentally ill. It seems that a lot of the active shooters have had documented, significant metal health problems but no one wants to limit them from there rights but a person who has a concealed carrier permit who goes through a back ground check and safety training should be limited. And then the felons who illegally obtain firearms seem to get a slap on the wrist. Our representatives need to start representing the people.
