More Soft Targets for Criminals & Terrorists

The proposed regulatory action is a solution with no problem, and creates a problem in itself. Given the proven growth of terrorism in the country snd the world, as well as criminals taking advantage of "no guns" restrictions, the proposed regulation only puts law abiding citizens at risk. It creates a clear "soft target" without proper security measures to protect the public. Denying background checked Concealed Hangun Permit (CHP) holders to "carry" seriously lacks focus. Also consider that there has been no "mass" shootings at VA state offices such as the DMV, so what are we accomplishing here? What problem is being addressed? How is the public going to be protected? Will increased armed police presence be provided ? And, at what cost and why?  I feel substantially less safe with the proposed regulation. Please Extend The Public Reviw Period another 30 Days,
