Banning Guns from State Offices (Regulations Banning Concealed Firearms in Offices Occupied by Executive Branch Agencies [under development] [1 VAC 30 - 105])   -------   SERVES ONLY to allow criminals and those with criminal intent to commit crimes with weapons in those facilities -----  because they are already breaking the law, what difference does it make to them if they break a law by bringing a prohibited weapon to those facilities?

I feel safe in all Virginia facilities now, not because I know Virginia citizens are legally carrying concealed ---- BUT BECAUSE I know that would be criminals DON'T target these facilities because they don't know or can never be certain someone isn't legally carrying concealed and will STOP them.

I will not feel safe knowing that criminals care nothing about Gun Free Zones and that they will have free reign to create chaos.

Why is it that the crime rate has gone down in Virginia and continued to be lower post conceal carrying law?
