This just goes to show us as voting citizens of Virginia how the liberals try to sneak things thru without full public disclosure. If it were not for the VCDL watching you and exposing this to the public it would have been quietly passed against us citizens while you elitest laugh and celibate. I sure hope the press gets wind of this and has the guts to publish in papers and magazines as well as on television news. Shame on you!
