The state will then have to be reliable for the public's safety within the state buildings. Everyone would have to go through metal detectors in order to ensure the public's safety. More money would have to be spent that isn't in the budget in order for them to provide this. If they're just going to put up a sign that says no weapons permitted then they would have a big legal issue if something were to happen.
