The measure proposed only hinders law abiding citizens.  Those who are going to commit evil acts will not follow any law banning guns in government buildings as they are already planning to harm other people so why disarm citizens from being able to protect themselves.  The emergency regulation should be withdrawn and the governor should quit assaulting my God given right to self defense.
