Given recent events in California and elsewhere, it seems ludicrous that the governor enacts such legislation to prohibit lawful carry of a firearm by a citizen in good standing.  Such regulation needs to be addressed immediately by the General Assembly. I would also encourage the GA to put forth legislation to restrict the governor's executive order powers to be reviewed within 6 months by the Assemble to confirm if they are consistent with the State constitution.
