Virtually ALL mass shootings are in "guns free zones," which are areas where only law breakers have weapons.  NOBODY EVER has been shot in a Virginia government office--why set up the opportunity to get some innocent person killed?  Pass this measure, and the blood of the first Virginian to fall will be on your hands!
