In a time where there is such a need for experienced professional counselors it saddens me that this would be considered.  I attended a CACREP school.  However I have other colleagues who are seasoned professionals and competent in the counseling field that will be impacted by this ruling.  When these actions are taken not only does it affect the counseling professional but those that they provide hope to in helping them change their lives.  I highly oppose this ruling and support my fellow colleagues that will be impacted by this ruling. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.
