Please overlook the hysteria and regulate clinics where abortions are provided.  We've seen clinics shut down for horrendous conditions in Louisiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and other places -- and all of them could have been caught sooner if they had been inspected regularly.  Instead, the radical pro-abortion crowd convinced everyone to look the other way while women were harmed in the name of "choice."
