The safety and health regulations passed last year by the Virginia legialture are pure common sense regulations. Please elect to make these regulations permanent. If a woman elects to have an abortion then she should want and receive the best in health care and that is what these new regulations promote. I, for one, do not think nor believe that abortion should be considered "Health Care" in the furtherest stretch of one's imagination, but if you insist in classifying it "Health Care" then at least make it SAFE !
