I fully support Virginia's withdrawal from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. It is nothing more than a carbon tax which has cost Virginian's half a billion dollars in just two years and will cost much more in years to come. This tax has done nothing to improve the atmosphere in Virginia or worldwide. It is just a tax to fund big spending programs by large out of control bureaucracies and the contractors that support them.
