...there are many misinformed Virginians when it comes to RGGI and what the long term affects will be - in fact it's a majority of misinformed people....,,coupled with the 'Clean Economic Act', RGGI is going to force the big Power companies to purchase power from out of State to maintain grid sustainability (in fact, this is already happening during peak load times)...simply put: Solar and Wind cannot hold up the grid and your bill is going up due to the past legislation that was forced through for political gain (Youngkin is trying to reverse that)....people who don't truly understand and just want Green Power need to talk to those who can enlighten them to what's really going on here (i.e. the minority who actually know)....also, ask the Government to show you exactly, on paper, how this 'flood money' / 'low income money' for these so called 'tax credits' is actually helping people and doing what the program is designed to do - meanwhile your Power Bill is still going up.
