It is time to give Virginians back their freedoms.  And the Commonwealth should go further and make it unlawful to restrict freedoms especially in a health pandemic or emergency.  If our freedoms can be taken in an emergency, then we are really never free as the government could decide there is a new emergency that requires restrictions again.
