Since evrey citizen will, at some time, find themselves in a position where they have no choice but to visit a Virginia Government office in order to abide by Virginia Laws, the "Law Abiding Citizen" is put in a position where civil rights guarenteed by the Constitution are taken away in order to obey state law.
