It makes no sense to require a elderly voter, who no longer drives, to present a current driver's licence or travel to an election registrar's office to receive an ID, just to vote when they have an expired licence with their current address. The same goes for an expired passport. Please don't place additional barriers between less mobile members of society and the voting box. This proposed redefinition will undermine the integrity of elections while Virginia's recent history, which lacks in-person voting fraud, suggests there will be no net benefit. Thank you
