Please leave the existing, common-sense health, safety, inspe and reporting regulations for abortion facilities in place! Every other type of medical facility in the U.S. are held to these types of standards. It is unconscionable for an industry to use its profits to buy political influence in order to roll back regulations, for the sole purpose of cutting overhead to keep profit margins high, and unconscionable to imagine that any government Board in the Western world in the 21st century would bow to that kind of influence and politicize its decisions to play Russian roulette with womens lives. Gutting these regulations invites Kermit Gosnell-style "Houses of Horrors" in Virginia. (And its a fact worth reflecting on that Gosnell would still be in business, if he hadnt killed the cousin of a Democratic state senator. The life you save by taking a stand for safe, sanitary and inspected abortion facilities in Virginia may someday be the life of a family member.) Werner Lind
