Please amend the TRAP restrictions so that they are reasonable, viable conditions for assuring standards to create safety but which DO NOT restrict the affordable operation of a women's health clinic from providing first trimester abortions. For the procedures involved there is not a need for standards of a full scale hospital but rather similar to regular outpatient surgeries.
