This proposed regulatory action is worded vaguely leaving room for severe interpretation.  Regulating "sensitive" material is tantamount to creating a 1984 Orwellian situation.  This is a first step down a slippery slope.  I am both a teacher and a parent in Virginia.  A regulation like this would cause me to seriously consider if living in this great state would continue to be appropriate for my family and me.
