We notice that many are saying that parents are already supposed to be notified when graphic themes are going to be discussed or assigned.  However, it appears that the failure to notify  prior to the assignment is normal operating procedure.  Therefore we support the proposed regulations, hoping that it will accomplish that which obviously should be done.
