clarification definitely needed

Although I understand the intent behind this proposal, I think it has several serious issues that need to be corrected before it is acted on:     1) the vague language of "any sensitive material" assumes the teacher can read the minds of every parent and know what may be sensitive to them. There needs to be a clarification of that language.    2) placing the entire responsibility on the teacher is questionable; parents are the ones who should be paying attention to what their child is reading or doing. Providing a syllabus without multiple specific warnings should be adequate without trying to predict what some individual parent may find questionable   3) this simply adds one more task on teachers already expected to do way too much paper work rather than teaching the students. If this is so vital, there should be an explanation within the proposal explaining why teachers should spend valuable time doing this rather than focusing on their job.
