RGGI increases the cost of our electricity without actually lowering CO2 emissions.  The green energy movement is destroying our energy infrastructure and creating energy instability and insecurity.  We need clean nuclear energy.  Solar and wind power are not reliable sources of energy, and when you look at their entire lifecycle are just as bad if not worse for the environment as fossil fuels.   We need to get out of RGGI.
