Dr. Governor Youngkin,

I am writing in support of staying in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  The costs are minimal and the benefits significant.  The science is clear;  more needs to be done than currently, but the RGGI is at least a step in the right direction and provides some help for those struggling whilst having a miniscule cost on the rate payers of Virginia.
